For those of you who don't know, us teenage girls have this insane obsession with shipping. No, not that kind of shipping. Shipping as in you pair one person from a certain story, with another person from the same or a different story. And as they say in our world: If you don't like the ship, then get off our boat ;)
Well, I come from a special breed of fangirls, called yaoi fangirls. Yaoi is a japanese slang word meaning "boys love" which has been growing increasingly popular lately in fanfiction. Some example of yaoi ships may be Drarry (Draco and Harry), Klaine (Kurt and Blaine), and even AmericaxEngland for those of you who like anime.
As you may have guessed so far, my OTP (One True Pairing) is a yaoi couple. Steve Rogers and Tony Stark. The former might be better known as Captain America. Yes, it may sound unconventional, but hear me out for a second. A Brooklyn gentleman from humble beginnings, living in the World War II era with a dream of fighting for his country. Frozen for 70 in the Arctic ocean, now finds himself in the future with his identity and everyone he loves now gone. Enter Tony Stark, self-proclaimed genius, billionare, playboy, and philantrophist. A man of the future who has no regrets and no qualms about his past. Both scarred, both lost, and both on the complete opposites of life's spectrum. In short, they were made for each other.
So yes, this ends another round of "who wants to know more about me?" a.k.a nobody. Til' next time my midgets!
